i. Reference Service:
An active help desk provides efficient and reliable services under the supervision of professional librarian. Users may make queries personally or by telephone and e-mail.

ii. Browsing the Collection:
Books are available on the library shelves & magazines and newspapers are displayed in the reading room. Encyclopedia, Dictionaries, Atlases and other Reference books are available for ready reference consultation.
iii. Children Section:
The Chughtai Public Library offers a warm and inviting place for children to explore the collection of children’s books in CPL. Library staff is dedicated to providing the best collection and service to children from 06 years through age 14. Children’s librarians can help children and adults select books for special needs. They are also ready to give suggestions on good reads for children.
v. Internet Facility:
Internet facility is available through WIFI using High speed Fiber internet connections. Users can access internet through their laptops, mobiles.
vii. Refreshment Facility:
Tea/coffee facility is available for CPL users on the expense of CPL management.
